What we have?

A boring stone wall  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1 Getting help.

First of all we wrote to Pro-build. Please could they render the wall for us and make it smooth so we could stick some tiles onto it. Pr-build replied immediately and rendered the wall free of charge! Thank you!

Now for the tiles!!!! We wrote letters to Global Tiles, B&Q, Homebase, Tiles R Us and Topps Tiles. Samantha Parrish from Global Tiles replied to us. She told us that she would let us have some broken coloured tiles and that she was an ex-San Sior headgirl!!

When we heard that we were able to get the tiles Mr Jones took us to Global Tiles. It took us a while to find it. But there was a large sign outside! When we got there we sorted the tiles in to buckets. We had all different coloured tiles. We mostly had blue, white and very little red. When  we got back to school we had to count them all out and we sorted them out into there colours and sizes. It took us ages to sort the tiles out but with a lot of hard work we had them sorted out in no time .After we had finished we took them up to the school's garden shed in buckets .

Then Barclay's Bank telephoned the school. They had heard of the project and wondered if we needed any help. They decided to sponsor the project and gave us £500! Thank you Barclays Bank! There was no stopping us now......

We drew squares on the wall ready to transfer the design onto the wall Transfering the desig from the paper to the wall proved to be difficult and so we tried to copy the design free hand.

After drawing the outline in chalk we used an aerosol can to go over the outline. We then put some detail on the drawings
